CINT recently concluded its Fall Call for Proposals. There were 84 proposals accepted that came from both international and domestic institutions. Over 50% of the proposals were from academic institutions, 18% were from international institutions, and a small number were from the industrial sector. CINT is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Basic Energy Sciences nanoscale science research center operated as a national user facility by Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
