Apr 1, 2016 – Sandia National Laboratories hosted a Roundtable entitled “Women Catalyzing Innovation in New Mexico: Growing Our Economic Footprint.” The four panelists were U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham, DOE Deputy Secretary Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, NNSA Principal Deputy Administrator Madelyn Creedon, and Sandia President and Labs Director Jill Hruby. They were joined by 20 women – business and community leaders – who engaged in a stimulating conversation focused on changing the dynamics in New Mexico regarding innovation, technology transfer, and economic development.

Mar 4, 2016 – The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (NMSBVI) was one of 40 companies and organizations recognized by the Albuquerque Journal as a 2015 Top Workplace in New Mexico. The school was ranked #1 among midsize companies with 150-500 employees.
Mar 4, 2016 – The UNM Anderson School of Management Foundation Board has honored Bob Sachs as one of three 2016 Hall of Fame Inductees for his professional success, contribution to community, and ongoing commitment to education.
