New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Established in 1903, NMSBVI provides residential and academic support to blind and visually impaired children. It also serves blind children with multiple disabilities, including deafness. The Albuquerque campus is home to an outreach program that runs low-vision clinics, and an infant and toddler program that provides family support and services to blind and visually impaired children, and a day school for preschool and kindergarten students with vision impairments and blindness.
