ATA Honored by Northrop Grumman- ATA received a World Class Team Supplier Award from Northrop Grumman for supporting their Global Supplier Diversity Program. The recognition was given to ATA for providing outstanding performance and support to the Northrop Grumman Modular Space Vehicle program in support of the Operational Responsive Space organization. ATA’s Systems Test and Evaluation Business Unit completed its tasking for the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) of the Northrop Grumman designed modular spacecraft bus at ATA facilities in the SS&TP. 

Raytheon and ATA Host Company Leadership Luncheon-The SS&TP Program Office recently organized a Company Leadership Luncheon which was co-hosted by Raytheon and ATA. It was an informal gathering for Park leaders to network and share company updates. Albuquerque Police Department Area Commander, John Theis, attended the luncheon to provide expert insight on keeping the Park safe. Park companies and organizations are now taking proactive and preventative measures to enhance safety and security at their own facilities. 

New Mexico Representative Jim Dines Visits the Park-  SS&TP hosted newly elected New Mexico Representative Jim Dines for a briefing of Sandia’s Technology and Economic Development programs. The visit included a tour of the SS&TP and an overview of the New Mexico Small Business Assistance (NMSBA) Program. Jim previously served as a small business owner who operated his own law firm for over 20 years. His new role will enable Jim to support the SS&TP and NMSBA.

SS&TP/C3 Community Advisory Council Meeting-  The SS&TP/C3 Community Advisory Council convened for its annual meeting on January 27 at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History in the Park. The council was broadened to include additional leaders to serve as advisors for the new Center for Collaboration and Commercialization (C3). The informative session included exciting updates on the project and allowed members of the council to provide advice and guidance on future activities.
