Mazda Awarded Sandia JIT Contract
Mazda Computing is proud to announce the re-award of the Sandia National Laboratories JIT Contract for Tier 2 Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA Data Center Servers, Storage, and Networking. The company is excited about the opportunity to offer their service, support, and technical expertise to Sandia for five additional years. Mazda Computing is a woman-owned small business and a value- added supplier of hardware and software computing products and solutions.
New Mexico State Land Office Visit
The SS&TP Program Office hosted newly elected New Mexico State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard, along with members of her team, for a briefing and tour of the Park. The New Mexico State Land Office is a partner in the Park and they own over 114 acres of land.
SS&TP Company Leadership Luncheon
SolAero Technologies hosted the SS&TP Company Leadership Luncheon. This event was an opportunity for Park and community leaders to learn about SolAero from the new Vice President and General Manager John Wall and meet new companies in the Park. Newly elected New Mexico State Representative Abbas Akhil and newly appointed New Mexico Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Alicia J. Keyes also attended. After the luncheon, SolAero gave a tour of their facility. SolAero is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high efficiency solar cells, solar panels, and composite structural products for satellite and aerospace applications.
Raytheon Meets Economic Development Leaders
The SS&TP Program Office, Albuquerque Economic Development, New Mexico Economic Development Department, and City of Albuquerque Economic Development Department met with Raytheon’s new site director in the SS&TP, Richard Glover. The purpose of the meeting was to learn about Raytheon’s future plans in New Mexico and offer assistance to help them grow Raytheon’s presence in the state.
